I've tried loading it from bookmark, typing into URL - no go :(

I don't get it :-/

on 2001112603/WinNT4 this URL cause dialog message: 
The connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost.

Netscape search site didn't appear.

Mozilla does the DNS request correctly, and sniffer shows the following HTTP

So the server is redirecting everyone to localhost !
This also happen with other browsers (IE6, Netscape 4.76) so it's not a
browser-sniffing issue.
Marking INVALID, please contact the Webmaster to get this resolved.
