The domain trypersona.org is owned by Lloyd. Github is retiring it's old IPs and to keep that site up it needs to be redirected to the new IPs Work with Lloyd to transfer the domain to mozilla and update DNS or take the site down.
Github writes : Hi there mozilla, We wanted to follow-up on the email we sent back you in November about custom domains on GitHub Pages sites. To help us improve how we serve GitHub Pages, we’re deprecating our old GitHub Pages IP addresses. The following domains owned by your account will be affected by this deprecation: trypersona.org (hosted at https://github.com/mozilla/trypersona.org) Because your custom domain is pointed at a legacy IP, you’ll need to update your DNS configuration before February 2, 2015 to keep things running smoothly. If you’re using a subdomain (coolthing.example.com, www.example.com, etc.), make sure you have a `CNAME` record that points to `mozilla.github.io`. If you’re not using a subdomain (example.com), make sure you have two `A` records set to the following IPs: 126.96.36.199 188.8.131.52 Questions? We’re here to help: https://github.com/contact. More information about these changes is also up on the GitHub blog: https://github.com/blog/1917-github-pages-legacy-ip-deprecation. Happy Publishing! The GitHub Pages Team
I emailed Lloyd : Hey Lloyd, Welcome back to the US. Github is retiring old IPs. This affects trypersona.org Would you either : 1) Update the DNS records for trypersona.org to use 184.108.40.206 220.127.116.11 2) Email me the transfer code and I'll transfer the domain to Mozilla and set the DNS. -Gene
Not hearing back from Lloyd I just disabled the domain : https://github.com/mozilla/trypersona.org/commit/0c5ff9e84b22bf8b9ac5c659f2d7772a1e4fdf12
