From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.6) Gecko/20011120 BuildID: 2001112009 I cannot "Log In" to this page http://mail.alum.rpi.edu/ with Mozilla 0.9.6. It used to work with the 0.9.5 release. One can see the problem by making up any User ID and Password to test. The page always returns with an error page. Tested on Mac OS 9.1 and WinNT 4 sp 6. It works fine with other browsers I've tried (Netscape 4.7.9, Opera 5 Mac, Opera 6 PC, iCab). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://mail.alum.rpi.edu/ 2. Assuming you do not have an account here, type random text into "User ID" field. 3. Type random text into "Password" field. 4. Press the "Log In" button Actual Results: Standard error page returned saying that "There was a communication problem." Expected Results: It should return to the same page with the message "Log-in attempt failed. Try again...". If you have an account it should bring you to the main page to read your email. I tried selecting all combinations of the 2 checkboxes before Submitting but that did not change anything.
I get no error message at all confirmign with win2k build 20011127.. -> Form submission (?)
