Crash not only kills the application but also, on occasions, X-Windows. This
fault occurs at regular intervals during a session. Using delete from the
toolbar and the scroll down menu creates the same effect. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Highlight mail to be deleted
2.Select delete from the toolbar or
3.Select delete option from the scroll down window when right clicking mouse.

Actual Results:  Sometimes it will kill the application only and at other times
will kill X-Windows. Losing old mail from time to time.

Expected Results:  Deleted highlighted message(s)

Reporter: Your build is horrendously old. Please try a more recent build:
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu-sea.tar.gz
(as always, be sure to delete your old Mozilla directory before installing the
new one)

sorry I am not having any crash or loss of mail while deleting messages.
marking worksforme. Try a newer build.
