1121584 - Push to Gaia PR not picked up, no new Gaia-Try build triggered

This has been happening intermittently for me since a couple of weeks, at least.

STR:
 0. Push to an opened Gaia PR (|git push --force| after |git commit --amend| and some code changes)

Expected:
 Gaia-try build is triggered and a comment with the link is added

Actual:
 No Gaia-Try build triggered, no comment from try-hook-server

That's the case on https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/pull/27378 ; the last comment is 2 hours old as of now, and the matching revision never made it. I can't tell if it's related. Any further push (5th since 30 mins) do not trigger new builds.

Not sure what was going on here.  I've restarted everything and it appears to be working again.  I've also retriggered your job and it appears to be in the gaia-try repo, so everything should be working properly.

And after the 4th repush, it added a comment triggering gaia-try after 10 minutes.

FWIW a gaia-try is not triggered when:
* the trees are closed (especially mozilla-central trees -- because gaia-try works by pushing a change to mozilla-central's try)
* "latest" build directory [1] has no build

I managed to eliminate partly the second issue (see bug 1097752) but it's not resolved completely. So that's likely why you still see these issues.
