1121758 - Fullscreen apps on OSX sometimes enter then immediately exit fullscreen

As seen with outlook.com on OSX 10.8.5.  The app always goes fullscreen, but sometimes immediately exits.

This was from a build from Mozilla Central: 38.0a1 (2015-01-16).

hmm, I do not recall coming across this issue during desktop testing.

Per bug 1238079, we're going to disable the desktop web runtime and remove it from the codebase, so we won't fix these bugs in it.
