[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.1&2.2][Lock Screen]Set a passcode for lockscreen,launch camera in lockscreen,lockand unlock screen again,camera will not be displayed,if there is no passcode,camera still in frontground.
Occurence time:1:00

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Do not set passcode.
1-1.Press power key.
1-2.Press power key.
1-3.Switch lock icon left to launch camera.
1-4.Press power key.
1-5.Press power key and unlock screen.
**Camera page is displayed.
2.Go to settings->lockscreen ->passclode lock->set a passcode ->back to home
2-1.Do 1-1  ->  1-5.
2-2. Input passcode.

[3.Expected Result]: 
2-2.Carema should be displayed after we unlock screen.

[4.Actual Result]: 
2-2.Home page is displayed.

On v2.0,There is something different,but this issue also exist,
we set a passcode.after pressing power key twice,passcode input page displayed directly.
If we launch camera in this page and lock&unlock screen,Home page is displayed.

The bug is valid but I wouldn't consider this a blocker. Unlocking the phone should generally return the phone to its previous state. Thanks!
