See screenshot. This happened during UI fuzzing. I don't have steps to reproduce currently. -- Nightly (01/15) Motorola Nexus 6 (Android 5.0.1)

mcomella, any idea how this could happen?
Flags: needinfo?(michael.l.comella)
The cancel button is there so it actually looks like the ToolbarDisplayLayout (display mode) and the ToolbarEditLayout (editing mode) are being displayed concurrently. Off the top of my head, my best guess is that the animation between display and editing mode was cancelled, causing display mode to return and editing mode to appear as the animation "completed" (or vice versa). When I most recently touched the animations on phone, I made sure the animations were not cancellable, but something could have changed since then, particularly with all of the new tablet changes.
