Steps to reproduce:

Install SM 2.32. Load webpage which is larger than one page.
Click and hold the middle mouse button somewhere on that page, but not on any click-able link.


Actual results:

Nothing!


Expected results:

The mouse cursor should have changed to a ball with cross, and then, while holding the middle mouse button, move the mouse to pan and scroll the page fast.

Confirmed on my machine.

Middle mouse button not working at all. Works in other browsers as it should.

Click middle mouse button once, release button, then you should be able to scroll up and down while moving your mouse -> not working anymore.

Worked in SeaMonkey 2.31
