This is the equivalent of bug 1120630 for the firefox ui tests so we don't check in e10s-unfriendly libraries or tests, and so we catch anything unexpected as early as possible.

I filed a BMO admin request (bug 1122289) to add the "tracking-e10s" tracking flag to the "Mozilla QA" Product.

The purpose of this bug is getting e10s turned on in our tests. The decorator for skipping tests that hit known issues is incidental.
