Details

Add in toast notification for when the install works that says "Language pack installed" when the install happens from bug 1122273. Toast is the best, especially with butter.

Firefox OS throws a notification saying to go the the settings -> languages page to enable the newly installed language pack, so I don't think it's necessary to have our own notification on top of that.
