User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:35.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/35.0 Build ID: 20150108202552 Steps to reproduce: When Firefox v35 came out, I had to download the full installer. When I started the new Firefox, it disabled an add-on; Free Download Manager. But I was not informed of this. I found out when I was checking the Add-ons Manager.

This is intentional since the Firefox code that checks for incompatibility serves this purpose already and the Windos installer would need its own implementation that would increase the installer size and require significant resources to implement and maintain.
