Details
We've used css filter property to achieve some visual effects. However css filter
is not supported yet for Gecko 34. We need to find an alternative for it.

Bug 1122399 looks just slightly different; I personally think it's still pretty OK without css filter.
So we may go on bug 1122398 first.
