[1.Description]:
According to Bug 1117463 in Comment 26, this bug is filed.
[Flame v2.0][Woodduck v2.0][Browser] When the response speed of device becomes more and more slow because of adding some tabs, tap on a suggested site,sometimes it has no response and you can't add tab again until you close Browser via task manager and relaunch it.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Flash or restart device.
2.Connect a wifi and launch Browser.
3.Add some tabs: tap "1>" -> tap "+" icon->select a site.
4.After it displays "7>" or "8>",continue to add tab.
**The response speed of device will be a bit slower than before,about 3~8 seconds.
5.After it displays "19>" (or tabs >19), continue to add tab.
**When you tap on a suggested site,sometimes it has no response and you can't add tab again.
6.When user can't add tab,tap "X" icon.

[3.Expected Result]: 
6.User can add more tabs after adding 19 tabs.

[4.Actual Result]: 
6.The "X" icon has no response until you close Browser via task manager and then re-launch Browser.

This bug doesn't exists on latest Flame 2.0 and Woodduck 2.0m 
Maybe, when you fix bug 1117463, this bug has been fixed by the incidentally.
This function has been modified on versions newer than 2.0. So this bug does not exist on these versions.
