Reproducible on: 36 beta 1 (Build ID: 20150112201205), Firefox DevEd 37.0a2 (Build ID: 20150116004007) and Nightly 38.0a1 (Build ID: 20150115030228)
Affected platform(s): Windows 7 64-bit, Mac OS X 10.9.5, Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit.

STR:
1. Launch Firefox with a clean profile.
2. Enter a word/letter in Search bar so that Search Suggestions is displayed.
3. Right click on Magnifying glass and select Move to Menu.
4. Go to Menu panel, right click on Magnifying glass and select Move to Toolbar.
5. Focus another app.

Expected result: Search suggestions is not visible.
Actual result: Search suggestions is displayed.

Notes:
1. Not a regression - reproducible with Nightly 2014-12-01 when the last Search Bar changes landed.

I can no longer reproduce this, probably fixed by either removing the search highlight popups or some changes around closing the popup when the context menu open. If you can still reproduce please reopen.
