1122521 - The FxA migration banner is always visible in FFOS 2.1

Prerequisites:
FFOS 2.1 device(flame), MP Stage app installed

Steps to reproduce:
1.On your device, go to Settings -> Firefox Accounts
2.Sign in with a valid FxA account
3.Open MP Stage app and observe that you are logged in 

Expected results:
FxA migration banner is not displayed on homepage

Actual results:
FxA migration banner is displayed and unusable

NOTES:
After logging out, FxA migration banner is still displayed but now it is usable(I think that this is not as expected too since after migration we should not display the banner anymore)

Forgot to mention that this is not reproducible on Flame 2.0

Sounds like Mark is doing another bug that is the same as this one.

I think this is because native FxA isn't setting that FxA login occurred. I'm removing the migration flow though so this won't actually occur. See bug 1117875 for removing the migration flow.

I'll leave this open until the migration is removed.

Just manually tested this on stage and I see myself logged in but I don't see the banner. Looks like it is fixed but I didn't try reproducing earlier so I might not have hit the right case.
