QA STR: * Attempt to use desktop payments on -dev in a second monitor - previous to this patch the payment window was opened in the wrong place (see screenshot above) * Now it should open correctly centered.
Verified as fixed Now, the Register\Sign in buttons are not replaced by Settings icon after logging in , but I logged another bug for this.
