Build 2001-11-27. I saw it on previous builds as well.
Linux, Mac only. On Win2K works fine.

Overview: 'HTML Mail Question' msg box - No action when clicking on "ESC" to
Cancel or "Enter" to activate 'Send', which has focus ring.

Steps to reproduce: 
1. In Preferences, Mail & Newsgroup, Send Format: select first option: "Ask me
what to do".
2. Set up or use an Account, which is not able to receive HTML: The option in
Account Setting: 'Compose message in HTML format' is not selected.
3. Send email in HTML format to an addressee, who is listed as not being able to
receive HTML. 'HTML Mail Question' msg box appears. 

Actual Results: Pressing on ESC does not activate Cancel button. Pressing
'Enter' or 'Return' (on Mac) does not activate Send, which has focus ring.

Expected Results: To Cancel the dialog by pressing ESC. To activate Send button
by pressing 'Enter' or 'Return'.

ah, the dialog doesn't have focus initially set. looks like askSendFormat.xul is
still using <window> and should be converted to using <dialog> --if that's how
this would be fixed?

Updating multiple bugs. This is a valid UI issue. Would be nice to have it fixed
if time allows.

Is this really a nsbeta1+, P2? If yes, then we need to try and schedule before M1.0.

Using WinNT 2002022103 I am unable to reproduce this - WFM.

WFM on today's(02-27-2002) debug build as well.

I was testing this to verify but today's build has some problems.
all Enter or ESC don't work on Linux.
I check it tomorrow.
