Details
Some connections to youtube are timing out and failing with:
An error occurred during a connection to www.youtube.com. The server rejected the handshake because the client downgraded to a lower TLS version than the server supports. (Error code: ssl_error_inappropriate_fallback_alert)
This does not occur on every connection - hitting reload will often clear the issue. This sometimes prevents me from signing into the Mozilla google apps, as part of the signin process accesses accounts.youtube.com.

Probably fixed by disabling non-secure fallback by default, but still concerning.
