Right now we don't even have a DNS record for it, we should do something. Even if it's just a CNAME to Discourse or whatever, something there would be good to have.

No, it's not. I'm not sure why the DNS is set to that, but we don't control that IP. I have no idea what it's supposed to do. An endlessly loading page is no better than it not resolving at all.

Do you have access to the domain records? Would be a good place to start.
