The details of the failure are as follows:

Exception: Binary expected at /mnt/sda11/karl/obj-opt/dist/bin/certutil does not exist.

  File "/mnt/ssd1/karl/moz/dev/testing/web-platform/mach_commands.py", line 132, in run_web_platform_tests
    return wpt_runner.run_tests(**params)
  File "/mnt/ssd1/karl/moz/dev/testing/web-platform/mach_commands.py", line 70, in run_tests
    self.setup_kwargs(kwargs)
  File "/mnt/ssd1/karl/moz/dev/testing/web-platform/mach_commands.py", line 49, in setup_kwargs
    kwargs["certutil_binary"] = self.get_binary_path('certutil')
  File "/mnt/ssd1/karl/moz/dev/python/mozbuild/mozbuild/base.py", line 342, in get_binary_path
    raise Exception('Binary expected at %s does not exist.' % path)

"--certutil-binary=certutil" works, thanks, but perhaps this could be automatic if there is no binary in dist/bin.
