Build ID: Latest trunk, all OSs. Summary: Add ellipsis to 'Add Account' and remove it in 'Delete Folder' context menu-item for the Folder Pane. According to the Windows UI guidelines, "Include an ellipsis as a visual cue for buttons associated with commands that require additional information. The use of an ellipsis indicates that further inforamtion is needed, not simply that a window will appear." Confirmation/Information/Warning dialogs don't count since more data isn't needed from the user. Add Account..." *should* have an ellipsis since user needs to input account info before account can be added. "Remove Account" should *not* have ellipsis. "Delete Folder" (in the context menu for the folder pane) also should *not* have ellipsis.
We are in the performance milestones, so unlikely this gets reviewed, but that's okay, it's polish, really.

Updating multiple bugs. This is a valid UI issue. Would be nice to have it fixed if time allows.
Timeless, file a new bug on Bhuvan (email@example.com) or me to clean up those labels later.

Verified on 3 platforms with recent build after clarification that 'Add Account...' is the button in Account Manager win and now has ellipsis. 'Delete Folder' is context menu-item for the Folder Pane and now does not have ellipsis.
