Initiate a download by left-clicking(eg a build @
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/). Pause the download by
clicking on "Pause". Come back half an hour later. Click "Resume". Notice that
Elapsed time has jumped by half an hour. Since the download rate(in parens on
"Status:" line) appears to be amount downloaded in kB/Elapsed time in seconds,
download rate now appears to be near zero regardless of what it really is.
Since "Time Left" appears to be (File Size-amount already downloaded)/download
rate, "Time Left" is now a highly enflated number. Ideally, the Elapsed Time
should only be the time when the download is not paused(especially since the
elapsed time doesn't change during Pause), and the download rate should be
either the average of the last 20 seconds or the average since downloading
began(for the first initial 20 seconds and the first 20 seconds after a Pause.
I am using Build 2001112408 for Win2K.

This is a duplicate of the general "elapsed time is measured since download
start, and is not actual time spent downloading" bug.
This feature isn't going to happen in the immediate future.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210
Windows XP, SP1, Intel
When dling 1.3b via Net installer, I had a temporary network problem & the
progress dialog box alerted me that there was a problem and advised to retry
when the connection is back up. So I clicked Resume, and the downloading resumed
at around 75 KB/sec, but the remaining time and speed were both flatlined at
00:00:00 and 0.00 KB/sec, respectively. I manually Paused/Resumed the dl, and
nothing in those fields changed. However, somewhere after 50% of the download,
the rate changed to 0.02 KB/sec, which was *way* off and the remaining time
stayed at 00:00:00. The actual download rate remained in the 75 KB/sec range
throughout the entire download. See attachment.
