For the first iteration of reader mode I simply combined aboutReader.html and aboutReader.css into a single template. This initially did not work correctly so I removed some of the CSS. Specifically some orientation/media specific parts.

Ideally we should use the exact same CSS that is contained in Gecko and see if we can do incremental WebKit-only fixes on top of that.
This specially shows on iPad where there is a lot of white space in the margins. This is likely because of the removed media selectors from the css.
