Currently, the Volume Bar sets the volume for whatever Gaia determines is the appropriate target. This can get confusing or frustrating, sometimes necessitating the user diving into the Settings -> Sound panel to set things manually to get it right.

I'd like to see the ability for the user to tap on the Volume Bar when triggered (by pressing the volume buttons), and for the other Volume targets to expand below it. When expanded, the user can then tap on the proper target they want, activating it for control by the buttons.

I believe this method would be slightly quicker/easier than the current implementation, and should help resolve confusion issues for when Gaia targets the "wrong" Volume target/channel.
