This test file https://github.com/mozilla/addon-sdk/blob/dabf4a70dd23b888f91d794a04bb80553f565d6b/python-lib/cuddlefish/tests/test_licenses.py

was introduced in Bug 730807

and no longer works now due to Bug 787346

since it is a python test we cannot run it on travis, so I think we should have a working version of this test on travis.
