Currently, the camera app in FFXOS names the images sequentially as IMG_####.jpg or VID_####.3gpp

On my dumbphone, the user was allowed to set a custom naming schema which worked out pretty well.

Basically, they could define a text prefix only. For my case, I'd name my files Flame_ as my text prefix, as it makes tagging/organizing my content easier when I Import.

The other part of the naming scheme was a datestamp that was added following the text prefix, and serialized.

So, it'd look something like this for the first image taken today:
Flame_20150119_001.jpg

For any further images or videos taken today, the serialization of the number would increase:
Flame_20150119_004.3gpp or the like.

I think it'd be great if we could let the user have some limited ability to create their own naming schema by using a few tokens and text entry.

Tokens we'd need:
Date
Serialization
Date/Time
