[req] moving field to the left to display the rest of long strings

Long strings in settings/application manager, and so on are sometimes cut off/cannot be fully displayed. Example: WAP-Push-Mana... in application manager. A new way could be: tapping in this field and moving with the finger to the left to display the rest of that word.

>> Impact of implementing the feature/solution
A more "flexible" way to show long strings/(file)names/explainations etc. Also good for localising FxOs to different languages.

>> Impact of NOT implementing the feature/solution
Not fully displayed strings. Another (shorter) term must be found, and this can lead to short, super technical, robot-like 2-3 word sentences.
