steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-feed-dev.allizom.org
2. Hover on the Categories
3. The Dropdown appears
4. Move the focus away

expected behavior:
The categories dropwdown appears and disappears smoothly

actual behavior:
Hover behavior on Categories dropdown is not smooth particularly, compared to dev.
