When you click to change the list display mode, there's a noticeable flicker on Firefox (it's less noticeable on Chrome). I'm wondering if it's because it's an SVG... probably doesn't need to be an SVG...

I was too haste in closing this STR: 1. Load https://marketplace-feed-dev.allizom.org/popular 2. Change the platform option to something else 3. Click to switch the display option. Observed behavior: Display options flash.
