Steps to reproduce:

Create a message.  Enter words in the message.  Copy a URL.  Select a word in the message and try to insert the URL by right-clicking to paste URL as the link destination.


Actual results:

Error message:  
(No named anchors or headings in this page) 
displayed immediately on right-click on link destination field.


Expected results:

Right click should display edit/copy/etc. menu to allow URL pasting for link destination.  Selecting "Paste" should enter the URL in the link destination field.
Use the Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut for the time being, it should work.
