* Inspect the list of videos on the right, specifically the event listener on them using the event inspector in DevTools.

What happens:
A lot of graphic glitches while scrolling on the wheel event on that element. Here's the screencast showing it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cMnjUWlMjU. This happens in Nightly on Windows, happens in Safe Mode as well as when I've turned off HWA (by going into Settings->Advanced->General and unticking the checkbox against 'Use hardware acceleration when available'.

I just checked and this happens on Linux as well.

Since this occurs with and without HWA, and on Linux as well, I'm going to say this is most likely a layout-ish issue.

I have exactly the same problem here on Dev Edition, even in safe mode.
