Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-dev "My Submission" page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/submissions
2. Submit an app that contains upper-cases unicode characters in its name  
3. Load details page for the submitted app (i.e. https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/%C8%9B%C8%9B%C8%9B%C8%9B%C4%83%C4%83%C4%83%C4%83%C4%83turtle8259?src=new)

Expected results:
The app name has no display or layout issues.

Actual results:
The app name has display issues in app details page. (Issue is reproducing for all foreign upper-cases characters like: Ž, Š, Å, Ä, Ë, Ö, Ă, Î, Û, etc. )

Notes/Issues:
Verified on MP-dev FF38(Win 7). Issue is reproducing on MP-stage, MP-dev and MP-prod.
