1124191 - [Feature Request] Show Twitter username instead of twitter link in SUMO profile

Description

User Story: As a User of SUMO, I would like to enter and see only Username of my twitter account. Also, if anyone viewing my profile click on the Username, it should be redirect to my twitter profile

STR #1
Go any profile of SUMO User who have added twitter profile link in his/her profile

Actual Result:
You will see the Full link of that user's Twitter profile as he added

Expected Result
You should see only his twitter profile ID and when you click on the ID, it should be linked to his twitter profile


STR #2

Go to Edit Profile page.

Actual Result:
You will see a filled for entering "Twitter URL"

Expected Result:
You should see a field for Entering Twitter Username

In SUMO Profile, How "Mozillians" Field works, Twitter field should be also work like that. :)
By Bug 1015564, The adding Mozillians profile implemented.

Currently, a SUMO user need to add only Mozillians username and in profile only Mozillians username is shown. and whenever anyone click on the username of the SUMO profile, it redirects them to that Mozillians profile

For twitter, the same thing need to be happen.
