In the Computed panel of the inspector, I see two scrollbars --
one by the primary content and one next to the "Browser Styles"
sub-pane. The mouse wheel works to scroll the main content,
but the scrollbar is unresponsive. Any clicks in the scrollbar
gutter instead make the second, smaller scrollbar jiggle slightly.

The layout of the computed panel changed a bit since the bug was opened. I just tested on Ubuntu 14.04 and I don't see any scrollbar issue.
Closing as worksforme, but please reopen if you still have a display issue.
Inspector bug triage. Filter on CLIMBING SHOES.
