Steps to reproduce:
1. Open about:preferences#applications
2. Reduce window height/width
Maximize window and restore etc etc
Actual Results
Unnecessary scrollbar appears in treeview of in-content preferences. And wheel scroll become insensitive a little
Expected Results:
Unnecessary scrollbar should not appear.

Case 1 will be fixed/obsolete soon now that bug 1120189 will be fixed. We're going to use a fixed height for the applications list, which will always show a scrollbar in the case that you have shown in the screenshot (many of applications). Can you please test with a build that includes the patch for bug 1120189?

And No vertical scrollbar, but the treeview was scrolled in vertically

Yes, it is fixed the problem by design change.
