Steps to reproduce:

I have found that recently, Firefox has been using huge amounts of memory (for a web browser) and hangs more frequently.

I have found that visiting http://fallenearth.wikia.com/wiki/ and using this web site (keeping it open) often causes this behaviour. 


Actual results:

1. Go to http://fallenearth.wikia.com/wiki/
2. Do other things on computer (let this page satay loaded in background)
3. Firefox gets very sluggish or hangs altogether (where memory usage seen around 300 MB.)



Expected results:

1. Should not use 300 MB of memory and not hang

Did you try some tweaks by which hangs or firefox uses less memory . Post this on Support Forum : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/firefox .

Please upgrade Firefox and reopen if you still reproduce the problem.
