1124693 - The payment pop-up window is not closing after closing the sign in window

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open mp-stage homepage: https://marketplace.allizom.org and make sure you are logged out.
2. Find a paid app (search for :paid).
3. Click on the price button to start the payment flow.
5. After the sign in pop window is displayed close it.

Expected results:
The payment is canceled, no other window is displayed.

Actual results:
After closing the sign in window, the payment pop-up window is still displayed having "about:blank" text in the address bar.

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF38(Win7) this issue can be reproduced in mp-stage

This should be fixed with the move to single popup handling which has just landed in -dev.

In the new code there's only a single popup. The login popup is re-used by payments when you start logged-out.
