1124761 - When a user is connected to a Room and receive or make an GSM call, his video stream is frozen

Description

Prerequisites:
User A and B logged in Mobile Loop application
User A creates a room and shares it with User B.


STR:
1)User A and User B join to the room.
2.1)User A put Loop in background and makes a GSM call to user C
2.2)User C makes a GSM call to User C

Actual result:
GSM call in both cases is successfully established but the user A stream is frozen so in Device B we can not see User A video.

Expected result:
As a policy to handle Room sessions and GSM calls has not been implemented, at least, we should try to finish the Room session with an error.

Just adding that the behavior in case the GSM call is not established, in case it could help:

STR:
1)User A and User B join to the room.
2.1)User A put Loop in background and makes a GSM call to user C but user C does not answser (C is ringing)
2.2)User C makes a GSM call to User A but user A does not answer (A is ringing)

Actual result:
2.1)User A stream is frozen so in Device B we can not see User A video.
2.2)User A is stream is not frozen and it's working as expected during that time, as soon as A answers the GSM call, his stream gets frozen.
