Description:
Devices can connect over Bluetooth and one file can be transfered (sent OR received) but additional (subsequent) file transfers are not successful. The review transfer request notification is not given / received. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150122010203
2) Connect to another BT device
3) Send a file between the two devices via Bluetooth
4) After file is fully transferred, attempt another file transfer

Actual:
Subsequent file transfers are not successful

Expected:
Multiple file transfers will be successful

I would like to correct the dependency. It actually depend on bug 1124983, and Thomas already has solution.
