steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace.allizom.org/app/test-app-j4d
2. Notice the reason why the app is listed as unavailable

expected behavior:
User messages are accurate. In this case, the app is unavailable since credit cards which are the default payment method for desktop do not support micropayments. Since the app si worth $0.25, the app is unavailable to desktop users.

So the user message should be something like "Pricepoint is not supported by the default payments options available for your platform"

actual behavior:
User message says "This app is unavailable for purchase in your region." which is inaccurate.

I would recommend not taking this bug, it's pretty complicated and I'm not sure how long this code is going to be around.
