Currently test runs on Cedar are marked orange with the error: "No tests run or test summary not found"

The mozbase tests use structured logging, so if you put "structured_suites": ["mozbase"] in the in-tree config that will tell mozharness to parse the log directly. Sanity check it's doing what you expect in case of failures (wpt is the only user of this functionality right now), but that ought to work out to the same thing, and might save some mucking around with unittest internals.
