Due to file name change, #3 should link should be http://mozilla.locamotion.org/ig/mozilla_lang/firefox/os/index-new.lang.po for the main consumer page.

As already explained, please do not waste time and resources on firefox/os/index.lang.po, focus on the updated one (index-new).

One other note: the calendar at the bottom of the page looks pretty broken

Just to confirm: CLDR reports abbreviated forms for 'ln'
http://www.unicode.org/cldr/charts/latest/by_type/date_&_time.gregorian.html#Months_-_abbreviated_-_Formatting

yan, fbl, msi, etc.
