Description:
Issue found while attempting to verify for implementation of bug 1007932.

When in the Messages app, user is provided with the option to attach from 'Communications', however this option is NOT available in Email app. Both Email and Messages are options within the 'Share Contact' menu of Contacts, therefore it seems incomplete for a feature that one app is equipped with the function and the other is not.

Prerequisites:
1) A contact exists in Contacts app
2) An email account is setup

STR (steps 1 to 4 are only there to convey the implementation logic of the feature):
1) Go to Contacts app and view a contact
2) Tap on Share Contact button
- observe both E-Mail and Messages are options to sharing a contact

3) Go to Messages app and create a new message
4) Tap on the paperclip icon to attach a file
- observe 'Communications' option is available and user can choose a contact to attach to the message

5) Go to Email app to create a new email and attempt to attach a contact

Expected: User is provided with an option to attach a contact to the attachment as it does in step 4

Actual: User is NOT provided with an option to attach a contact to the attachment.
