Details
Starting point for pipeline ingestion from clients. Data submitted via HTTP POST should be packaged up for heka. Also, tee off data to short-lived s3 storage; store the "raw raw" data in case processing code is incorrect.
A brief spec will be helpful for ops/runbook.

After talking with :RaFromBRC, we will try to use Heka's HTTP Listener input for this. If it turns out to be too much work / not suitable, we may fall back to a custom server.
I will post a spec here soon.
