Since update 31.3, cannot receive emails but can send ok. Webmail fine as is smartphone, so TB issue. Help!

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/39.0.2171.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Automatically updated to version 31.3. V31.4 no better. Actual results: Thunderbird just stopped downloading email from server. Sends email fine.
