Steps to reproduce:
I created an autoconfig XML file for my email provider mail.de. Seems to work like a charm. Maybe you could add it to the ISPDB?

I added a new version of the autoconf file for mail.de, it just uses ports 993, 995, 465 and 587, because 143 and 110 will be shut down soon.
mail.de has >250.000 users, please add it to the ISPDB.

Seems okay to me, although I don't have the ability to add it to the ISPDB anymore, so you'll need to get one of the others to do that part.
