steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://payments-alt.allizom.org/developers/app/test-app-toad476/payments/ 2. Notice that only Boku is set up. 3. Notice the list of regions selected by default expected behavior: Only regions supported by Boku are enabled (in this case, Mexico) to clearly indicate to app developers where their app will be available for sale. actual behavior: all the regions are selected by default which can be confusing to the developer who has only set up Boku.
