[1.Description]:
[RTL][FM Radio]When you launch FM Radio without headset plugged in, the headset cable and arrows in prompt message are not mirrored.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite: Don't plug in headset.
1. Go to system Settings and change the language as Arabic.
2. Launch FM Radio.

[3.Expected Result]: 
2. The headset cable and arrows in prompt massage should be mirrored.

2. The headset cable and arrows in prompt massage are not mirrored.

Frankly, I see no use of giving effort into mirroring a visual element that has no positive neither negative effect over doing it or not..
It's not really that relevant to RTL :)

Thanks for clarifying Ahmed. UX specs p.4 mention that images that indicate direction should be mirrored, which is what led to the confusion here since there is an arrow pointing to a direction on the image.
However I do understand your point, so let's leave this closed for now, and re-open if needed later.
