Depends on: 1055794
using b-2008-ix-0002 for this. The machine was previously disabled with a note of too slow.
The GPO entails:

File copy of install-runner.bat and zipped up package of files from the dependent bug.

Immediate tasks:
To unzip package.
Run installer-runner.bat.
Remove original Buildbot start schedule task.

And a schedule task to start runner on cltbld logon.
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
